It is very accurate. I weighed myself at home and then at the doctors recently. I was a few pounds heavier at the doctors office but I also kept all my clothes on there : )

I have found the weight is pretty accurate, not sure about the body fat percentage cause I have never measured that before, but it seems very consistent.

My experience is that it is pretty spot on. Remember to try and weigh yourself at the same time every day. Also, remember if you are clothed at the doctors this will add pounds. Same too, if you've been eating & drinking during the day.

like any scale it depends on where you put it. If you put it on carpet just remember to use the feet. It really doesn't matter what number it says as you are really looking for trends, anyway. That said, mine is within =/- 1 lb of doctor's scale

Pretty accurate based on my last visit to the doctor. Their scale and mine were within 2-2 1/2 lbs. given that I was fully clothed minus my shoes.

Mine has been very accurate. Recently I weighed in the morning at home and the afternoon at the MD. 2# higher at the MD fully dressed. To me very accurate.
