There are 4 "watch faces" and I have not seen a seconds hand on them. Sorry.

This does not have any mechanical hands and does not have seconds needle. The Fitbit App for the phone comes with 4 available clock face and you could set it up to what you like and none of them have seconds. The clock will display only when you raise your arm to see the time.
