Though the Fitbit app you can choose between 4 faces, but you cannot as of yet make your own custom face, I am hoping Fitbit will make it an option eventually

Nope you can choose between the 4 already loaded but they may add more when they update the firmware.

Not at this time. You have a very select few "faces" to choose from. There is talk about adding more as this fault has been well documented by consumer complaints.

The watch faces (background images) are limited at the moment. I think there are 3 maybe 4 watch faces to choose from and no way (yet) for a customized face. I hear that Fitbit will be releasing additional watch face designs soon.
