Can I bike with the Blaze? I know the Blaze doesn't have a GPS in it, but will it work if I use my road bike?

It has a setting for biking then links to your phone when selected. Once you hit start, it runs a timer. You have to stop it and hit the finish button to see your results.

If you carry your phone while you bike, the Blaze will use your phone's GPS to track your distance. Other than that, it will only track calories burned and heart rate

The blaze will work with your phones GPS, it just doesn't have it built in. You have to have the phone by your blaze for it to work. Also, one of the exercise options for the blaze is bike. I haven't used it but most exercises when you select them will keep track of your calories burned while you are doing the exercise.

I was on a riding lawnmower and it synced thinking I was doing an activity...the activity it thought I was doing was riding a bike soot logged my time and calories burned for that duration of lawn mowing. So riding a bike is an activity that is in the fitness activities within the watch

Yes you can, it has a gps on it that is tied to your phone. You just go to the exercise screen and pick the bike exercise and it will connect to your phone.

There is a cycling exercise profile in the app, and it will use the GPS from your phone to map your route, pace, etc.

There is a biking configuration in the exercise settings. And while the Blaze itself doesn't have a GPS it syncs to your phones GPS with no issues.

The Blaze has connected GPS. If you are on your bike and have your phone, connect the GPS through your phone before you start. It will be connected.

Yes and it auto detects that you are biking and automatically sets it as a bike workout instead of walking, hiking, running, etc..
