• I purchased the extended protection for $29.99 and I have had to return mine twice and had no problem, but it was withing the first year of purchase.

• I had the Samsung version and didn't like it. I took it back to Best Buy and was able to swap it for a Blaze without any hassle at all. They made it very easy, I was very pleased.
