• You will be able to track daily steps, heart rate, miles, and calories burned for that day. You will not be able to see any history from workouts, sleep patterns, etc as those are stored in the App.

• The device is a tracker, not a reporter like the app. The tracker records and captures everything but your food intake. The app shows your history, it is where you set all your goals.

• Steps, Stairs, HR and sleep. you can track all your stats from the website. you will just have to sync by plugging the dongle (comes with device) into your pc or laptop.
