“Would the Charge 2 bands fit the new Charge 3? I know the 3, comes with a small and large band, however that pertains to the length. Would the width be the same as a Charge 2?”

No unfortunately the Charge 2 bands do not fit the Charge 3 or vis versa. There are so many offbrand ones you can buy online that work great and they come in a variety of colors and designs.
