Try tapping the face or tap the side buttons to scroll down to see the diffferent apps on the Fitbit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure it is fully charged by checking to see if there is a flickering green light on the back of the fitbit. If there is not a green light, the fitbit has not been charged. It could be that the charger is dead. If you synced your fitbit with your phone, you may be able to analyze the problem on your phone. Last resort is to contact fitbit online to find resolution. Check to see if your fitbit has a one year warranty so you can return for repair.
