No the lavender ends are part of the band that comes off when you remove the band from the charge 3.

No, the lilac trim at the top & bottom of the face (of the Fitbit) is attached to the bands. Only the rose gold trim would be visible on the left & right sides of the face.

I don't think it would because if you had a prior fitbit and changed the band, the whole end is part of the band. You can't just put any band on, it must be a fitbit band. I would like this to change in the future, but i think it's a way for fitbit to make more money.
