Compare Charge 3 and 3S null

if by "S" you mean the Charge 3 Special, then the Special (1) has Fitbit pay like Apple pay and can be used, by itself, to make purchase where NFC is allowed and (2) it comes with an additional sport band

If you are talking about Special Edition, then it is just some extra features like payments using the fitbit and some colors.
