• You may need to do a hard reset. Usually by holding down button until Fitbit symbol appears. I usually do this at least twice to make sure it works.

• When my charge 3 did that, there was a software update that takes about 30 minutes. After I updated my Fitbit it was working fine again. Hope this helps.
