• You can setup multiple alarms but I wonder if having a gadget to play with might be distracting in itself. You can program the watch to send reminders to move when you've been inactive. For other reminders you'd need to program them into the phone that the Fitbit is paired with. Might be worth a Google search on how parents are using the Charge 2 to get an idea what else the Charge 3 can do.

• I would imagine a digital watch would be better suited for reminders and alarms. This is much more, I would think that the other random reminders might be more of a distraction.
