“Can heart rate be seen while running or biking or do you have to tap the screen before you can see the heart rate? I want to be able to glance down for feedback during my workout.”

If I am wearing mine and I turn my wrist toward my face so I can see the screen it will light up and show me steps, time and heart rate.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can set it up so screen displays when you lift your hand. It’s a little inconsistent during work out since more hand movements. I keep my watch on manual so I have to tap it always. So the battery life last long as possible.
