• It requires the FitBit App to work, so if you are able to install that on the iPad Mini then it would work as the idea is for the watch to be your tracker.

• You have to have something on which to put the app if you want to keep track of your numbers. I used to have the app on a computer for my old one, so I would imagine that a tablet would work. I don't have Apple products, so I can't say for sure.
