QuestionOrdered Charge 6 from website stating free 6 mos premium fitness membership. BB sent no code or link. When I set up the phone the Fitbit app didn't have a code option? Not off to a good start as what a hassle to have to contact support and beg esp. $159.

- Answer Hi, DrIrv. You might not be able to set up the Charge 6 with your phone. To set up and use Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device. For Android devices, it must have Android 9 or higher OS.
