caller id on fitbit charge hr can i change how fast the hr alerts me to calls?
so far it alerts me on the 4th or 5th ring.
i would like to change it to 1st or 2nd ring if possible.

I feel like my Fitbit ChargerHR came set-up to alert me earlier in the call process. Sometimes I feel that my Fitbit alerts me that a call is coming through.

I don't see a setting for that. It might be a Bluetooth issue, mine alerts me most times as the phone begins to ring...

I've had this issue before. The delay is due to the Bluetooth signal and it usually responds on the 3rd rings since thats how 'fast' it can detect it.

I can't say that I've ever found a setting for that, but mine seems to alert me before my phone even rings.

Not sure if this is your phone service or your Fitbit, I have an iphone and my wrist vibrates before the phone rings! Wish i had a better answer

I'd try to reset your band and bluetooth settings. Mine usually picks up on the caller ID on the 2-3rd ring.

Sorry I haven't mastered all of the features and I'm a "plug and play" kind of person - the default settings are okay for me.

It's not supposed to have a delay - there is a problem with the bluetooth on your phone or the device- I own it and it vibrates and shows up immediately as the call is coming in.

I don't think you can change it. I think it just depends on how close your phone is relative to you.
