Can I reset my Fitbit for a second time I was getting wrong info on my iPad so I deleted the App. Can I take it back to Best Buy and have them reset it?

You can rest it yourself by plugging in you charge then holding down the button. Your charge will reset.

I had a issue where the Fitbit did not sync the first time due to a software update. I waited a day or two and tried again and it worked fine.

I think you should restart your fitbit by plugging it to charger and pressing the button for 10 sec and wait before it shows version. It will be fine if there is little wrong with device. I suggest you to sign off from iPad app, and sign in again at same time. If you think there is other issues, I will definitely go to Best Buy.

Sure. You can reset it yourself just follow the instructions:

If your tracker still doesn't work after a restart, contact Customer Support.
Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert your tracker into the charging cable.
Insert a paperclip into the small pinhole on the back of the charger.
Press on the pinhole for 3-4 seconds.

The Fitbit will not sync properly with the iPad and the iPhone together, pick one or the other. Contact Fitbit for an online chat or go to Best Buy.

you should be able to delete the app yourself redown load it and reset it again yourself. Fitbit also has a help line if you are having problems doing.it I would call them first since it is their product they will know more about it them Best Buy employees will.

I had this same problem... Should just be able to delete the device from the Fitbit App, forget the device from your Bluetooth on your iPad, then reinstall and re-setup the Fitbit.
