• Re-sync using fitbit app. Once it done, should be sync with phone time.

• Make sure the Fitbit is connected via bluetooth to your phone and the Fitbit app is synced with it

• it happened to me, try syncing it again or delete it from the app and register it again as a new one. Once i did that to mine, it synced and works great now

• my wife's does this too - take the time to re-sync to your phone - I had to do it last night and it took 5 tries but did finally work
