“Does the Fitbit HR count the steps when using an elliptical?”

• No...I don't think so. I do the elliptical a lot and need to figure out how to add my miles on my phone. Just have not figured it out yet.

• That's a great question. If it does it likely wouldn't be very accurate as the motion you use on an elliptical isn't anywhere close to the motion when walking.
