Yes, I have it synced with myfitness pal app. You actually don't even use the fitbit app if you are going to use the myfitness pal app. Everything you input into myfitness pal app uploads to the fitbit app.

Yes it will, however, it will not log your exercise. It does credit the calories you burn to your daily total, which is helpful.

Yes. There is an option in my fitness pal where you can sync them...but you have to put your food into MFP not the FitBit app. After the two apps are paired together you have to sync the FitBit and update the information before the activity will be synced with MFP.
