If you have a problem with your Fitbit for whatever reason, contact Fitbit and they will send you a brand new one for free. It has to be within the one year that you buy your product and no questions asked. Just provide the location and store you bought it from and basic information. Super easy

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One year, but I strongly recommend the best buy 2 year extended warranty. If anything goes wrong, even if you do something like get it wet or break it in 2 years, it's replaced, no questions asked. After 2 years it's outdated and you should probably get a new one anyway.
