• I have mine synced to the S4. Yes it does give call notifications.

• Yes. But it only shows call notification with number/name of the person who's calling.

• It will sync if you have the Fitbit app and your phone's Bluetooth turned on

• All you need to do is download the app and you will be able to sync. Tou need to turn on notification and you can see an incoming call. No other information will pop up on the screen like texts or anything like that.
