How do I get information from fit bit into computer? null

The Fitbit HR will come with a Bluetooth dongle (USB plug in) that will allow you to setup your Charge or view your statistics. You can download the "Fitbit Dashboard" from Fitbit's website. Then simply follow the instructions on Fitbit's site or on the dashboard!

There is a little device that you have to put in your usb drive of the computer you want to use. If you have a smartphone, you can synch it to it with bluetooth.

I use bluetooth. It synced right up after I paired it.

You can download the start up program from your computer by going on to Fitbit.com/start and just follow the steps.

There is a little bluetooth insert that plugs into your computer if you don't sync to a phone or ipad that automatically updates the website.

download the app onto your computer and when you open the app it will start to sync and update your info.

Plug dongle to the mouse port on computer, sign into your fitbit account & sync. Make sure Bluetooth is off on phones.

You would set up an account the first time you get it plugged in to charge. You can then plug it in and sync it. You can use the USB computer receiver, sync it to that receiver, and then sync to your computer wirelessly. You can also download the Andriod or iOS app and sync it wirelessly that way if you have such a device.
