1 Year, buy every extended warranty you can if you get this. But better yet keep looking at other options.

The Charge HR is covered under a one-year limited warranty.

Not sure the mfg warranty; however, I purchased at Best Buy and got their warranty. When the band broke at about 8 months, returned it and received a new one. Hope this helps
