- Answer Hello, As per FitBit: All Fitbit trackers are water-resistant, which means they are rain-proof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. Do not swim or shower with your tracker unless noted below: The Fitbit Flex 2 is swim and shower proof. The Fitbit Alta is shower proof. Whenever you get your tracker wet, dry it thoroughly before putting it back on.

- Answer It is not water proof. It is water resistant so sweat or if you're outside and it's raining it shouldn't hurt it.

QuestionMy fitibit charge HR will not connect to the charging cord. It appears it is not fitting properly with the cord, thus not charging. Will Best Buy be able to tell me if I need to replace the cord or the entire device? Is there any warranty?

- Answer I had two Fitbit Charges that stopped charging all together. The first one was a month old and I exchanged it for a new one. The second one stopped charging after less than two months and I returned it to Best Buy where it was purchas d for a refund.

- Answer Call Fitbit customer support before December 2016!!! They will walk you through the replacement steps. I've had 3 replacements and need another all in 1 year's time! After one year, you are SOL!

- Answer Yes the charging cable is included. They do sell a replacement cord for about $20. (It is a different type of attachement to the fitbit so don't lose it.)
