• The data stays on the Fitbit for 24 hours, but if it is synced with your IPhone you will get weekly reports.

• Data on the Fitbit clears everyday at midnight. If you sync to your iPad or phone data remains at least for a month

• The data starts over each day on the face of the Fitbit. However, when you set it up initially and with the app you set it to sync wirelessly and it will keep your information on the app in real time.
