• Usb cable only for the Fitbit (youll need a way to connect it to an outlet or just use your computer. also a dongle for ..lol im not sure what its for but i assume so it can be wirelessly connected to your computer to update progress..but i use my phone.. :-)

• The device itself, special charging cable, and blu-tooth adapter that plugs into your USB port in your computer. If you have a tablet with blu-tooth built in such as myself it is unnecessary to use. Also you do not need to use your computer or tablet at all. You can simply use your smartphone.
