• Yes. When you bring your arm up to check the time, it is displayed for you.

• It does have a watch as one of the read outs but you do have to push the button to display it. It doesn't stay lit all the time.

• You can push the button on the left side of screen and it will scroll through all read outs. The first push gets you the time.
