Yes, both of these devices. There is an app that you can download from the Windows Store on your Nokia Lumia 1020. And when you set it up on your computer it will have you download an application to work with the wireless sync dongle.

You'd have to look in the windows app store for either the Fitbit application or another fitness application that does step counting for the band to sync to.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have sync'd my Charge with a Windows 8.1 PC, Mac OSX Yosemite, and iPhone 4S. Couldn't get it to work with my Android 4.4.2 tablet via Bluetooth 4.0 and had to use the Fitbit dongle on the PC and Mac too.
