• Yes, you can sync with your computer. It comes with a usb adapter that conects without wires

• Yes you can connect to a PC. I prefer the dongle that comes with the Fitbit that hooks into your PC. I am not a fan of the scaled down "mobile" versions on my tablet and phone.
