This Fitbit does not have a clock on the outside of it if that's why you are asking this question. It is actually the only Fitbit that doesn't have a clock.

The time is based off of the phone or pc you are using to monitor the device. There is no way to view the time or steps on this device. You would have to upgrade to at least the Charge or Charge HR for those functions

you can manage the unit through your phone app, however the unit itself does not show time (unless you have the next model up). This unit only has 5 dots to show percentage of completed goal, 20% per dot.

with the app, in the setting there is a time, clock setting you can change from standard to military time.

Yes. You set it via the FitBit App and time is set automatically and you can choose 12 or 24 time.

The time on your tracker's display may be incorrect if the timezone is set incorrectly on your profile or if settings are not synced to your tracker. You can configure the timezone on your Fitbit.com dashboard or in the Fitbit mobile app.

Once synced to your phone it will lock in the time and yes it can be standard time.
It also has caller ID
