Sara, I’m not technically inclined either. My daughter-in-law set mine up. It seems to me pretty easy to monitor your sleep. I think if you’ve had another Fitbit that you set up this pretty simple. This may not be of much help. I did go to my set up and saw how it was done.

Yes its very easy to set up all you have to do is download the app and follow the instructions. I have been had mine almost a month and is loving it.
