Go to Fitbit.com, select Help at the top of the page, select the product and it will give you access to the One Manual.

I admit that I wanted more information when I first opened my box, but once I got beyond the fear that I was going to do something wrong and break it, it has been downhill ever since. Once you create a login on the Dashboard, you are set to go. It is self-explanatory as you set up your goals, etc. This website might help to answer questions for you. https://www.fitbit.com/one
