“Do any fitbit devices have a fall indicator like Apple watches? What is battery life”

• No fall detection. Battery life has been very good. 4-5 days avg and charges rather quickly. I was surprised.

• It does not have fall detection. Battery life varies. If you use always on display and under moderate usage, you can expect about 2 days of battery life I would say. Again this varies if you use features such as bluetooth music listening and GPS which will drain your battery much faster. If you don't use always on display you can get 4-6 days battery life depending on usage.
