After 3 days of continuous nighttime wear, it collects your oxygen average of when you sleep and it displays that. But it does not monitor and update throughout the day. Only updates after each sleep cycle. There is an app that it needs to function as well, called SpO2. It can be found in the apps when initially setting Fitbit up.
