We can track the amount of steps one does and there is an option to track exercise along with the app. The battery is very good and can last for over a 5 days to a week before needing to charge. There are four prongs on the charger that connect to the back of the watch easily and you plug the other end to a usb 2.0 port. There were different color bands available at Best Buy but also on Amazon but make sure to get the ones for the sense.
