“Where are the ECG results recorded from touching the corners of the FitBit Sense model displayed back to the wearer? I didn't see anything that would show in Premium other than the advertising that it has a heart pulse definition track on the watch face.”

Your ECG results are recorded to the Fitbit mobile app. You can find them by opening up the application on your phone, navigating to the discover tab at the bottom of the app, and then scrolling through the section that says Assessment and Reports. Click on the Heart Rhythm Assessment tab and it will allow you to view your results and export a PDF for your own records.
