• NO and the battery will not hold up. After a year it will be garbage.

• Got my family member one and he lives in Canada. It works there. Different country :-P. I think in his case it depended on cell phone provider. Not 100 percent. Hope this helped some.

• It should. Works in all the countries I have been in so far. They will need to set the time and time zone manually using whatever device they will be using for the dashboard (phone, tablet, computer)

• The GPS is accuracy. It displaces the map of the area.
