Yes it shows the time and date with several formats to choose from. You an also cycle to the time while exercising and displaying elapsed time, HR etc.

Yes, it does. The large style displays the date and time, and it's easily visible. Sometimes the Fitbit displays the wrong time. You just need to sync to the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet, and it corrects it. Not sure why it does that.

Yes. You can choose between multiple different displays that will show the date and the time. Some will even show the day of the week.
