No to blood pressure tracking but it tracks a lot. You can manually track food, water, weight, and it tracks your steps, floors, calories burned, as well as your activeness throughout the day (9-5). It will also track exercise (or you can use the shortcuts to have it track), pulse and sleep. You can also purchase a FitBit scale & the weight tracking will be automatic via wifi. It's pretty slick!!
