• i would not trust this for 100% accuracy, and certainly not more than a true blood pressure device. Its really more of a guideline. My short answer is this: don't trust it to detect a dangerous rise in blood pressure. It was not designed to replace real medical equipment. Its just a gadget.

• I bought Fitbit Versa 2 as a gift but I did not see the blood pressure feature in the specs. I think Fitbit Charge 2 has this feature.
