A:AnswerThe short answer is ... it's supposed to. I don't store music on my phone, so I can't say for sure whether it will work or not. However, I have had my FitBit Versa 2 since November 2020, and have not had any success in getting it to sync to Pandora or Deezer (a different version of Pandora/Spotify) even though it was advertised as making that possible. I even visited message boards to do some troubleshooting on my own, and nothing has worked. I think it might be a memory/storage issue, but I can't be sure.
A:AnswerI installed the fitbit app and found it easy to check info on progress thru the computer, useful to sync the watch and chaange clock faces, etc. Install the fitbit app!
A:AnswerI do not work for Best Buy so I can’t speak for them. My wife wanted a different band and I ended up Googling how to change it. After watching it I was finally able to do it.
