- Answer Screen is about 1 inch by 1 inch squared. The back, where the watch touch the skin, has smooth rounded feel. It about maybe a 1 cm thick.

- Answer The short answer is ... it's supposed to. I don't store music on my phone, so I can't say for sure whether it will work or not. However, I have had my FitBit Versa 2 since November 2020, and have not had any success in getting it to sync to Pandora or Deezer (a different version of Pandora/Spotify) even though it was advertised as making that possible. I even visited message boards to do some troubleshooting on my own, and nothing has worked. I think it might be a memory/storage issue, but I can't be sure.

- Answer Yes, it gives it all. You have to determine what you'd like tracked. For example, you can track water intake, heart rate, exercise, sleep etc.

- Answer I installed the fitbit app and found it easy to check info on progress thru the computer, useful to sync the watch and chaange clock faces, etc. Install the fitbit app!

- Answer I do not work for Best Buy so I can’t speak for them. My wife wanted a different band and I ended up Googling how to change it. After watching it I was finally able to do it.
