It depends on what you mean by 'close'. It is probably closer in the feature set to the iWatch 3. It does have heart monitoring, but not advanced heart monitoring like ECG. It comes in about $180 cheaper, and will hold a charge for 6+ days (advertised) as opposed to the iWatch 6 up to 18 hours (advertised).
