Go into the app and pull down to sync.

you need to set up the wifi on your fitbit 4 1st then bluethoot it to your phone and then sync it to your phone.

Download app and sync both together

Mine synced automatically once i set my phone up to my watch. If you go to your account on the app (icon at upper left corner - my icon is a picture of me), you will see where to set up new device
