A:AnswerNo it doesn't do Spotify. And it will only do Pandora if you have the paid subscription. Although I haven't done it yet, it will allow me to download music directly to the watch.
A:AnswerTotally choose the FitBit. Very simple to use, no data required, just sync with your phone and computer cause the Fitbit dashboard is very nice.
A:AnswerI’m not sure if you already had this answered or took care of it.
I Recently went down to Best Buy to exchange my Fitbit versa because for whatever reason my Fitbit versa battery seem like it was dying quickly within a day and a half to 2 days. I am a Fitbit user for years and I know those Fitbit batteries can go at least five days so when I did an exchange on it (because I bought the wonderful Best Buy warrantee) the girl had said to me that Fitbit will no longer allow Best Buy to let people buy the warranty through Best Buy. So because of that if I wanted to exchange it for a different brand so that I could have a smart watch with Best Buy warranty I could. I didn’t because I love my versa and I love Fitbit so now on this new one if something happens I have to go through the Fitbit company within a year.
A:AnswerIt depends what you're going for.... Unless you want to set up the payment feature of the watch (like apple pay or Samsung pay, etc) I don't recommend spending the extra on the versa se. I knew I'd never use that because I don't even like to have my cards linked to my phone let alone a watch that can so easily be taken advantage of. As for the versa vs. the ionic, for me it was more about the look than the features. I prefer the more rounded look of the versa and usually have my phone on me for any GPS related workouts. If you really want the built in GPS, to not have a phone with you, then the extra cost might be worth it for you... Either way, they are all good products, just have to decide what fits for you.
A:AnswerHey Vicky! Yes. Best Buy does offer trade in on electronics. Color, generation, etc are taken into account when trading in the item. For example as of 7/14/18 the Fitbit Charge 2 is set as a trade in value of around $45.
A:AnswerHad the same problem. I ended up calling Best Buy and they were able to track down one for me. They grey ones are especially hard to find. Mine had sat in back order, but it turned out to be a system glitch. Got the watch in three days.
A:AnswerThe store did not have the gray one either..they ordered on line for me and shipped it to my house. Took 3 days, if I remember correctly. Then I just ordered an after market stainless steel band. So many to choose from.
