As far I can guess the only difference you are able to add a credit card to limited edition versa and use it to pay for things by your watch. Almost like apple pay from your phone.

The SE has fit pay. Set up similar to Apple Pay. You can add debit/credit cards to the wallet and pay by hovering your watch over any payment center that offers that option. And it comes with one fabric band and one silicone band. The regular Versa is just 2 silicone bands.

It's just a difference in the bands it comes with. I got a special edition and so I have a charcoal, cloth-like band instead of the usual. It comes with a regular black band too.
