• put fixmestick in usb port of computer then right click start button and click file explorer,then left hand side should be fixmestick icon click on it then it should open up and have another fixmestick icon{double click that then should start}

• Turn on your computer, plug in the stick it should download. Go to your files and open the newest file downloaded and it should open the program from there.
