3 replacement bands only....if you want the usb and dongle, you'll need to purchase the actual fit bit (around $100)...

No. These are replacement bands only. The usb for charging and dongle are included with your initial fitbit flex purchase.

This does not come with a usb cable and dongle. This is for three wristbands. The tracker is not included.
