• Unfortunately, Microsoft Flight Simulator is only sold digitally in the United States at this time.

• There is a disk version for each of the three levels of MSFS 2020. It is from a major flight simulation European distributor but I have not seen the disk sets on sale in the U.S. as yet. My download of the Deluxe version was from BestBuy it is a digital download that took place without a hitch; you can keep it up to date from inside the simulation/game.
