Can multiple phones receive notifications null

I found it different from answers ring provided below. When multiple devices, alert was sent to only one of the multiple devices. Sometimes device A and other times device B, kind of random as i didnt do anything to control it.

With wireless cameras can you speak back and hear intuder

If I have a ring app set for my camera and my brother has one at his house can we both be alerted

Yes. Ring allows you to share access to your cameras by sending an invite to others. Or if it is just you, whatever you device you install the app on will get alerts.
